Our fees will be detailed in the engagement letter. Payment terms, including any advance payments or deposits, will also be specified therein. We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are not made as agreed.

Our liability to you is limited to the extent permitted by law and as outlined in our engagement letter. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all fees and disbursements incurred up to the termination date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
